We design and manufacture fiber laser engravers, CO2 laser machines, UV laser marking systems, CNC fiber laser cutters, and laser cleaning equipment at our factory, and ship directly to customers worldwide.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products and their specifications, features, images, and prices as accurately as possible on our Website. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colors, or other content on the Website are completely accurate, current, or error-free.

All machines are made to order at our factory. Specifications and configurations may vary slightly depending on component availability. If a substitution is necessary, we will use an equivalent or superior component of equal or greater quality and notify you before shipping.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase and to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Acceptance

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our Website are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and accepted.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Direct bank transfer

Payment is due in full at the time of placing your order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For customers paying by bank transfer, production of your machine will begin after we receive and confirm your payment.

All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card or bank account details on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Haotian Laser offers free worldwide shipping on all laser machines. All machines are made to order and shipped directly from our factory.

• DDP shipping (Delivered Duty Paid): Available for customers in the United States, Canada, and European Union countries. Estimated delivery time is approximately 30 days. All customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are included in the product price.
• CIF shipping (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): Available worldwide. Estimated delivery time is approximately 12 days. The buyer may be responsible for local customs duties and import fees depending on their country's regulations.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to manufacturing schedules, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Haotian Laser is not liable for any delays in delivery.

You will receive tracking information once your machine has been shipped. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival and report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours.

7. Customs and Import Duties

For DDP shipments to the United States, Canada, and EU countries, all customs duties and import taxes are included in the purchase price. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

For CIF shipments to other countries, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their local customs authority. These charges are determined by your country's import regulations and are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand any applicable duties.

8. Warranty

All Haotian Laser machines come with a manufacturer warranty:

• Fiber Laser Systems: 3-year limited warranty
• CO2 Galvo Lasers: 18-month limited warranty
• UV Galvo Lasers: 18-month limited warranty
• CO2 Gantry Lasers: 2-year limited warranty (18 months for the glass tube, calculated from the production date)

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. If a non-laser-source component fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will send a replacement part free of charge and cover all shipping costs. You do not need to return the defective part.

If the laser source itself (JPT or Raycus) has a manufacturer-related defect, it must be returned to us for warranty processing. We will repair or replace it and cover all shipping costs both ways.

9. Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and all included parts and accessories intact. Returns must be approved in advance by contacting our team at info@haotianlasers.com.

Return shipping costs are covered by Haotian Laser. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. There is no restocking fee.

10. Intellectual Property
