DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means the price you see on our website is the final price. All customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are already included. Your machine arrives at your door with zero additional costs. DDP shipping is available for customers in the United States, Canada, and European Union countries.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) shipping is available worldwide for customers who need faster delivery. Your machine is fully insured during transit. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but we keep you updated with tracking information at every step.

You do not need to worry about customs or import taxes. We handle everything. All shipments to the United States are sent DDP, meaning every duty and fee is included in your purchase price. Your machine arrives at your door ready to use with no surprise charges.

If any non-laser-source component (electrical or mechanical parts) fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will send you a brand new replacement part free of charge. You do not need to return the broken part. We cover all shipping costs.
If the laser source itself (JPT or Raycus) has a manufacturer-related issue during the warranty period, it must be returned to us so we can process the warranty claim with the manufacturer. We will repair or replace it and cover all shipping costs both ways.
CO2 Gantry Laser glass tubes carry an 18-month warranty calculated from the production date printed on the tube.
⚠️ What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, power surges, physical impact, or environmental conditions. Proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue may be required. Our technical team will perform a remote diagnosis to determine warranty eligibility.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your machine arrives defective, damaged, or with incorrect parts, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly. We will send replacement parts or a full replacement machine at no cost to you. Do not attempt to use a damaged machine before contacting our team.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on any Haotian Laser product. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Original packaging and all included parts and accessories must be intact.
Proof of purchase is required.
Returns must be approved in advance by our team before shipping the product back.

Pack the machine securely in its original packaging and ship it back. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 10 business days.

Exchanges and Replacements
